Carolyn Bourdraux, associate professor of public management and policy, made a presentation before the Connecticut legislature Sept. 30, 2015, and it includes information on the state’s local revenue and expenditure portfolio on a per capita basis and as a percent of personal income.
Carolyn Bourdeaux (associate professor and director of the Center for State and Local Finance), along with Sally Wallace (associate dean, professor and director of the Fiscal Research Center) and David Sjoquist (professor and former director of the Fiscal Research Center) are completing work looking at Connecticut tax reform.
