Brenda Parker, a budget analyst for the Georgia Technology Authority, recently became the second graduate of the center’s rigorous Certificate in Public Financial Management program.
Parker has worked at the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) for the past 10 years, including serving as a senior administrative assistant.
Prior to GTA, Parker worked at the Georgia Department of Transportation.
