Dawn Hudson, who serves as the finance director for Baldwin County, Ga., has been named the new assistant county manager of the county. In a Union-Recorder article on her promotion, it was also stated that Hudson received her Certificate in Public Financial Management from the Center for State and Local Finance’s executive education program.
