Nicholas Warner, a research associate with the Center for State and Local Finance, was interviewed by television news state 13 WMAZ on whether property taxes are on the rise. Although rising property taxes may not be the case in central Georgia, Warner says he is seeing increases across the state in both assessed values and tax bills.
