Edward Elgar Publishing recently issued Tools for State and Local Fiscal Management: From Policy Design to Practice in December 2021. “This volume presents an array of real-world analytical approaches in a variety of service areas at the core of state and local government” and draws on the academic and policy research work of the Center for State and Local Finance and its researchers over the past ten years.
