This week, Georgia State University is excited to welcome 25 young professionals from across Sub-Saharan Africa for a six-week program in Atlanta through the federal Mandela Washington Fellowship. Celebrating its tenth year, this flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) empowers young African leaders through academic coursework, leadership training, mentoring, networking, professional opportunities and local community engagement.
