Fall registration for the Department of Public Management and Policy’s microcredential courses is now open! These offerings include the massive-open-online course (MOOC) in data visualization and an in-person data visualization workshop series:
- The MOOC is a free, 15-week course with learning material divided into 15 sessions, one per week. The course also includes weekly assignments and mini projects. A Teaching Assistant for the course will be available for any course questions. Registration will be open until September 6, and more information on the MOOC is available
- The Data Visualization workshop series consists of three full day, in-person sessions. Each session costs $50 and is led by a Public Management and Policy (PMAP) department faculty member or doctoral student. More information on the workshop series is available here, and the fall schedule is listed below:
- Session I – September 20, 2024
- Session II – October 11, 2024
- Session III – November 15, 2024
These pathways can be used as credit for prior learning toward the recently launched PMAP graduate certificate, Policy Analytics.
