Carly Blaier

Carly Blaier is a public finance fellow at the Center for State and Local Finance (CSLF) and the Fiscal Research Center (FRC). She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Saint Mary’s College of California and is pursuing a master’s degree in economics at Georgia State University. Her areas of interest include public finance and economic development.
