Qurrat-ul-Ain Rasheed

Qurrat-ul-Ain Rasheed is the training manager for the Public Finance Research Cluster (PFRC), providing administrative support in the management of domestic and international training conducted by the Center for State and Local Finance (CSLF) and the International Center for Public Policy (ICePP). She is also a PhD candidate in Education Policy Studies with a Leadership concentration. She earned a master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Before moving to the United States, Qurrat-ul-Ain worked as a civil servant in Pakistan and several departments and various positions, including Chief of the Agency for Barani Areas Development (ABAD), supervising the development projects in the arid areas of Punjab province of Pakistan. Her areas of interest are the economics of education, education finance, and financial decision-making in education policy studies.
