Graduate Research Assistant- Biography
Qurrat ul Ain Rasheed is a graduate research assistant in the Public Finance Research Cluster (PFRC) and provides administrative support in the management of domestic and international training conducted by the Center for State and Local Finance (CSLF) and the International Center for Public Policy (ICePP). She is a PhD student in Education Policy Studies with a Leadership concentration. She earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Before moving to the United States, Qurrat ul Ain worked as a civil servant in Pakistan and served in several departments and various positions, including Chief, Agency for Barani Areas Development (ABAD), supervising the development projects in the arid areas of Punjab province of Pakistan. Her areas of interest are the economics of education, education finance and financial decision-making in education policy studies.
